Examination Timetable
Examinations at Nkinga Institute of Health Sciences are conducted at the end of each semester as scheduled by the Academic Office in accordance with NACTE guidelines.

- Semester I Examinations: December – January
- Semester II Examinations: May – June
- Supplementary Examinations: As scheduled by the Academic Office

Important Notes
- Students must clear all fees before sitting for examinations.
- Examination permits are issued by the Finance Office upon fee clearance.
- The detailed timetable with specific dates, times, and venues is published at least two weeks before the examination period.
- Students must carry their student ID card and examination permit to every exam.
Examination Rules
- Arrive at the examination venue at least 15 minutes before the start time.
- No mobile phones or electronic devices are allowed in the examination room.
- Academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action as per the examination regulations.
