Programme Overview

The Ordinary Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery programme prepares competent nursing and midwifery professionals who can provide quality healthcare services in Tanzania and beyond. Graduates are equipped with knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide comprehensive nursing and midwifery care.

Entry Qualifications

Applicants must have passed Form Four (Certificate of Secondary Education Examination - CSEE) with the following subjects:

• Biology – Mandatory
• Chemistry – Mandatory
• Physics/Engineering Sciences – Mandatory

Minimum performance: Division I–III or at least 3 credit passes in the above subjects.
